Movement Lab
Launched in November 2024 - Movement Lab is an exploratory workshop focusing on somatic healing, dance, and movement as essential therapeutic practices. Created by Jen Miller and Sylvia Chen, we share our knowledge of movement as it has helped and continues to help us heal, transform and grow.
